Features

Persistent Right-Side Menu

A fixed menu on the right side of the Gemini interface provides access to all Minigem features without cluttering the main chat area.

Conversation Navigation

Quickly jump between your prompts in a conversation using intuitive "First", "Previous", "Next", and "Last" prompt buttons in the side menu.

Conversation Memory Insight

Get a real-time understanding of your conversation's memory usage. Displays the estimated memory consumed and the percentage of a chosen model's memory capacity. Allows selecting between "Basic" and "Advanced" tier memory limits.

Quick Prompt Injections

Dedicated buttons in the side menu to inject predefined, commonly used prompts: Summarise, 100% Unbiased, Code Rules, Fix Error, and Update File(s).

Custom Shortcuts

Create, manage, and use your own custom prompt shortcuts via intuitive modal popups. Your shortcuts are saved locally in your browser.

Code Block Copy Button

Adds a convenient copy button directly to code blocks in Gemini's responses, triggering the native copy functionality for effortless code retrieval.

Installation

From the Chrome Web Store (Recommended)

The Minigem Chrome Extension is available on the Chrome Web Store. Click the button below to go to the store page and add it to Chrome.

Manual Installation (Developer Mode)

If you prefer to install manually or want to contribute:

Clone or download the repository from GitHub.
Open Chrome and go to `chrome://extensions/`.
Enable "Developer mode".
Click "Load unpacked" and select the extension folder.
